This was the first Saturday we have had trades in. The rear dormer window got its lead but I don’t have a picture of it as it’s up so high and the view is obscured by the scaffold.
We also had the tiler coming to lay the reclaimed quarry tiles in the space where the servant’s toilet and pantry once were. They should all blend in once the tile restoration man has worked his magic. He comes for the first phase of restoration on Monday. Whatever happens, it will still look like a 110 year old Edwardian floor, so I’m not expecting perfection.
